Just found this forum and I’ve been reading like a mad man.
I’ve been researching MHC’s and really appreciate the wealth of info found here. Looking forward to a training seminar soon hopefully. I’m new to real estate investing but not new to owning my own business with two businesses under my belt.
Living in a rural county of the Florida panhandle we are surrounded by small to medium sized MHC’s.
