Have capital for TIC partnership

Do you have a deal and need more capital? I need to place $200K in 1031 funds into a fairly passive Tenant In Common investment. Need to identify property by 10/31. Your TIC percentage must equal your capital investment, but I can pay acquisition, asset mgmt, fees etc. I.E. it can’t be a syndication or sweat equity deal. glenzuff@gmail.com

Might have something interesting for you - see my other post and/or reach out if you’d like further details. Thanks.

Wondering if you can use those 1031 funds to fund a mortgage?

We are developing a mobile home park for Tiny Homes in Bell County Texas. There are very few parks in this area who allow Tiny Homes. The parcel under development is 10.13 acres
