Greetings, I am under contract to purchase a 74 pad park on 15 acres with 20 vacancies. Using the 60/30 rule I am buying the park 25% under value. The seller will hold 10 % but I need an equity partner for 5 to 10 %. If anyone is interested I have a completed business plan with pro forma and park info. I will send it upon request.
