If a tenant at my park wants to build a handicap accessible ramp to their home, must I allow this or can a park disallow construction of such a large ramp? The code for a handicap accessible ramp does not allow it to be any steeper than 1" per foot which means the ramp becomes fairly large and may be an eye sore.
