I ordered and read your (10/20) book today and wanted to thank you both! I learned a lot!
My favorite part was realizing that a good turn-around doesn’t have to be (or probably shouldn’t be) infilling parks, but instead finding opportunities to just raise rents, sub-meter utilities, list it…and run, don’t walk!
