Currently in purchase discussions with an owner of an RV Park and an owner of a MHP. Due to finances, cannot buy both so need to make a decision on which to pursue. I know its not a complete apples to apples comparison between the two. Would really like some input from someone that owns both. In reading some of the previous posts, I believe DawnA may own both.
