How easy to make money compared to dairying with 16 hours days 7 days a week Our first 250 spaces park was with $5,000 down and we were then the onsite owner and operators. We were very content with the 55 plus senior parks, and we continue today with same Today there is many more buyers than sellers and the initial entrance is more difficult with most brokers and lenders buying the nice parks and ones they really wound not buy being advertised on sites like this. Most parks right now being advertised have issues. The good parks never hit the market with so much cold calling.
