I purchased a mobile home park last summer and I just found out that I need a business license to run the park. Previous owner never mentioned it. Didn’t think it was a big deal until the county told me that I need a fire inspection. The trailers are very old - some from the 60’s and 70’s and I haven’t been able to update them yet. Does anyone know what the fire inspector will look for other than wiring, fire extinguishers, ect???
