Where are the investors?
Is anyone having luck finding investors to put homes on parks, many on this site are out of date, non working numbers or they have no money but are thinking about it.
I have people wanting homes now but we don’t have the funds to bring them in at the moment, I could sell 3 homes this month if someone can carry the notes.
Not sure where else to try as none of the Lonnie dealers really seem to be dealing
Any advice???
