Financing $70,000 park

I’m looking to finance a MHP that costs $70,000. I’m having a hard time finding a bank or otherwise that will touch the deal because 1. it is a MHP and 2. They don’t do commercial loans that small. It will cahs flow easily at that price and my credit is strong. Any suggestions on how to get financing for a smaller park

I had a similar deal. Took some doing but found a local, smaller bank that did it. Get on the website that lists all of your states banks, and start dialing.

It might be best to take Nick’s advice given the location and loan amount.

You need to get creative.
HELOC on your house
Personal Loan
Business Loan
Partner with someone that has cash
Seller Financing
Is there a house on the property? Do a conventional loan for house and land?
