The manager of our park says that many of the current residents would really like to install fences. Also, she claims that many of the potential buyers of the vacant homes do not want to buy once they find out about our “no fence” policy.
We are considering to allow fences, and have the residents pay all costs, and that all fences would need to be installed by a professional company we select – having all fences the same color, size, and type of material.
Would other park owners please post their experience and thoughts about allowing fences?
Any certain specifications for the fences? Spacing? Height? Material? Or?
