This is a pretty good google earth overlay for evaluating potential flood zones.  The kmz file download is under the section heading “FEMA NFHL”  This certainly doesn’t replace due diligence, but it’s another free way to evaluate potential parks to pursue.  NOPAGETAB_NFHLWMS_KMZ
