I think I read that one home is allowed per lot on WA but I have seen owners here jam multiple RVs on a single pad. Anyone have any experience insofar as the legality of slapping in multiple small MHs or RVs on a single pad?
That would be illegal. MHPs are zoned for a certain number of homes/occupants, and they are specified one per lot.-jl-
The only exception I"m aware of are the new “duplex” homes that Legacy is building in which one home is broken up into two different housing units on the inside, with separate front doors, kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. These were designed for oil and gas “mancamps” but could go anywhere. Call Mark Ledet at Legacy for more info.
