Extending sewer line that runs under homes

I am in the process of adding pads to my park. The existing sewer line runs under all the homes in a straight line and we believe the line ends directly under an existing home. Plumber’s recommendation is to branch the sewer line for the new pads around this home. This seems to add some undesired complexity to the sewer design, so I was curious if anyone else has run into this and how you handled it? Can a sewer line be extended using any sort of boring method that would help avoid trenching around an existing home? Thanks!

I’d check codes. I’ve seen it illegal to run complete lines under homes
