Expensive equipment, should it be owned by the park, property mangaement company, or other?

I’ve got a tractor and some other misc equipment I use in the park. What is the ideal ownership structure for that equipment? If it goes under the prop management company and it gets folded, I’d hate to lose the eqiup. Any ideas?

It is better to minimize any purchase on the park’s name since now you will need to take care of the equipment and need to do the regular maintenance. However, in some cases it does make sense to purchase some equipment like the lawn mower and sewer auger. When we did that, we purchased this on the park’s name.
