I was reading one of the Rich Dad advisor books and one of them reduced real estate investing to a mathematical formula. The formula:
W= XO (T+E)/ K
Wealth equals Exchange times Opportunity multiplied by the sum of Talent and Equity divided by speed or how fast you turn over the investment.
The letters are XOTEK so was nicknamed exotic investing.
