Emotional support pitbull incident

Whenever an “emotional support animal” exhibits aggressive behavior toward humans, it is reasonable grounds to deny the animal’s owner the right to continue to have the animal on your property. So while a park owner should usually allow them and not charge a pet deposit or pet rent fee, the park owner’s obligation to do so ceases once the animal has exhibited aggressive behavior toward humans.

I had a great Rottie. Well trained. Still bit a few people that messed with him though. One owner dogs. Very protective.

Not a good “pet” to have in a mobile home park, or large apartment building IMHO. Too many people around, and negative situations can happen.

Ha ha ha, hey Kurt this just happened last week at a park. What if the aggressive behavior is towards another dog (out on a leash?) What about if the support pet gets loose 1 time? What if both on the same occasion?

For the record he’s currently on a next-strike-you’re out kind of thing.
