Hi all, I’m looking for advise on a seller wanting to add easements.

I’m in the process of getting a park under contract and found the seller has 4 other properties (single family homes) connected to the sewer lagoon and will make easements allowing their connections. I don’t have to much of an issues with existing connections, there is a provision they will pay for services, but the seller also wants an easement for a future connection if an empty lot is sold and developed. Any thoughts on if this would make the property harder to sell in the future? Or how do these work if the lagoon becomes unusable or I decide to connect to city sewer if available?

Any advise or experiance on this??
