I am a new owner of a small park in Texas and one of the homes is being repo’d, I am interested in buying it and then doing a lease to own. The bank that owns it said since I don’t have a dealer license we would need a broker. A) How hard is it to get a dealer’s license in Texas? B) Would I then need a broker when I am ready to re-sell it?
