I pretty much agreed with most of the discussion below about elderly tenants. I don’t discriminate in my park but I do find myself being a little more cautious about some disabled tenants. I have a few tenants that are on disability who are young…show no signs of impairment…and seem to be magnets for some of the “slacker/loser” crowd in our town. There have been signs of dealing drugs around these people. Its like the old saying
" idle hands are the tools of the devil". I saw an article the other day that said applications for social security disabilty have spiked during this economic downturn.
