Hello everyone

I’m found a park that is completely vacant in a decent area and wanted to get your feedback.

The park is on city water and sewer and the pad rents for the area go for roughly 200 bucks a month and occupancy 85%. I was thinking of trying to team up with the owner to fill it up using your mobile homer Lonnie guys and bring it back up to occupancy and life. In the past the park had about 65 pads in there and I think I could bring it back up with some effort.

What do you think about this?

P.S. Maybe this could be something to help push your mobilehomer program? It would be a cool deal story to help recruit more MH investors perhaps.
