Does anyone have an estimate of the cost to convert a 47 lot park from septic to city sewer? City sewer supposedly runs past park?
This is a very wide open question. You need to know what else is in the path of where the sewer lines would be prior to even being able to ballpark this. You also need to know the tap fee from the city.
