Costs of new DW's?

In my quest to do some L/H packages in SoCal I was wondering how much a new 4/2 or 3/2 approx 1500-1800 sf DW should be going for. A local dealer quoted me $72K for a 4/2 1500 sf Cavco, that includes del & setup.

My questions are: 1) Is this a good price? 2) Should I be buying out of state to save $$$? 3) Can you recommend a dealer that is close or would deliver?
