This park that I’m currently evaluating has a storage building. It’s not huge, probably 15x20. But I was wondering if anyone has ever converted a storage-type of room to a coin laundry.
I have mixed feelings. It might be a good secondary income stream, but I wonder if most residents of a mobile home park will have their own w/d in their homes. This MHP is not a luxurious park. It’s small (20 lots) and the homes range from 1970s to 1990s. It certainly something (else) to review before purchase of this property.
The building may be big enough to split into a coin laundry and still have a respectable amount of storage available.
Any thoughts?
