Hi folks…I have a small 12 space MHP in Western NY. Park is rustic and better class of tenants, mostly seniors. I am interested in a sale of the park to the tenants. I know there are some non-profit organizations out there that will provide all the leg work, obviously this deal is too small for them to take part. Looking for some insight, maybe an attorney familiar with such transitions. Any advice will be welcome…Thanks again !!
