Property 1 – 2 Bed/1 Bath SW with 2 add-ons on .2 acres fenced ARV $54K low end — Property 2 – 4(5) Bed/2 Bath DW mobile w detached garage on 1 acre lot fenced ARV $65K low end. The lake is 4 properties down and it can be seen from the front porch. We talked the owner into 100% financing till payoff. Was really nervous about asking for owner financing—but I am so glad we did!
