Cold Calling at Night

I have been trying to source deals via cold calling over the last several months, however I have a full-time job outside of MHPs which makes it difficult to call during normal business hours. I am worried that if I call too late in the evening, that it might upset owners as they want the night to themselves.

What do you guys think about calling from 6-8 PM, should I worry about an owner being upset that I’m calling too late and not want to sell to me entirely?

I have made calls that late by accident when trying to catch up and had received comments about the hour at which i was calling while many did not mind but i would try not to if possible. Make sure you keep time zone in mind depending on your target area as well.
