When is the preferred date to close on a mhp? If it is on the 1st, how do you arrange to communicate the new owner / address for the rent payments? I think the day after the grace period might be the best, but I don’t know if I am missing something.
While I have your attention, one more question: Are the existing leases transferred to me at that time. Do I have to wait until they expire to update or do I send out the new lease with the new owner letter / new park rules?
