I was wondering if anyone had signed up for Frank and Daves certified manager training program. I am closing in the next month on my first park and frankly quite worried about how to find, hire and train a new manager. The park is in IL and I live in CA, so being there to hold the hand of a manager is not an option. Wondering if anyone has purchased the program and I would love to know the pros and cons of the program. Thanks so much in advanced!
