I’m in Ohio although I don’t think my tax advisor needs to be in the same state as me. I’m trying to find if I can take advantage of the new tax law where real estate investors can depreciate 100% of Capital Expenditures in year one. So rather than wait 15 years, or 7 years, is it true that if I put in new sewer lines, as an example, can I depreciate the entire cost in 2021?
