Thank you, Noel. We have had approximately the same problem with new homes. It is a great concern how to fill park with new homes if the applicant base does not qualify (within one, two, six months).
Any chance you can comment on median home prices, housing vacancy, unemployment, etc in these specific markets (ideally the submkt, not MSA)?
