I’m looking into buying this mobile home park in California , it has 35 spaces ,and one apartment. all spaces are full, rent is about $500, park is not in best condition but looks okay and safe i would say 2-3 star park. price is over a million , It has septic tank and well.
My questions is when I get these inspected septic and well , do I also need to make sure that in future they are hookable to the city sewer and city water nearby incase it they ever don’t work on the property for any reason.
What else do I need to know , I been reading on it , any advise would be really appreciated. thanks
