Does anyone have experience with buying homes that have bank liens on them?
Found a good deal; however the lady’s home has a 21st mortgage lien on it. She just wants to sell it for the lien amount.
How would you go about purchasing the home without getting hosed by someone who just takes the money and fails to pay off the lien? Escrow?
