Selling my mobile home, park will not let buyer move the home out because I have 7 months left on my lease. The want me to buy out the lease. How can I get out of this lease?
Buy out the lease, sell to someone willing to stay in the park or stay yourself till the end of the lease. You signed a contract you need to stand by it.
