A wholesaler I’m dealing with says the later model homes (mid 90s and newer) are hard to find in a 14 X 66 box size. He says manufacturers are making them 68-70 feet long. Is this for real or is the guy just blowing smoke? I think he’s just trying to get me to jump at whatever he throws my way but I’d appreciate some other opinions.
