We are new to the biz… but came across a gem. I am going to have to get a loan to buy the park but I am not sure what kind of loan I need… SBA? Commercial? The exsisting loan is assumable… but the intrest rate is high…8%. Meeting with the bank on Monday… can you give em some advice? I need a loan for around 400k…
What factors contribute to the loan? my income? the park income? how much cash I have? What are some flags for the lenders? who do I talk to that can help stream line all of this for me? I feel like I am not sure where to begin!
