Any recommends of a good no or low fee bank?
A national bank is preferred, if any exist with no fees.On that subject, of those of you with multiple parks, do you use the same bank or create a new account with the bank that provided the note on the newest park? And so on…
Right now we are using Wells Fargo and Washington Trust for our properties. Neither charge monthly account fees. Both charge a small amount for desktop deposit service. Wells charges $14.95 a month to download account data into Quickbooks but Washington Trust does not.
