My manager is a pretty handy guy living in a DW with his wife and 4 kids. Outgrowing his home and may have to move for more space but said he might be able to stay if he could build a basement under. Zoning will allow it surprisingly. Is this a horrible idea? If he were to take off down the road would this be a pro or con to another prospective tenant?
