Is anyone currently using AI in their leasing or operations stack and seeing measurable NOI improvement?
I’ve spoken with a few consultants in the space, and they mentioned that AI adoption is definitely happening, but some operators are starting to pull back because the results haven’t matched what was promised.
I’m working with a 1700-lot operator, and we’re working together now to see what the best places to start are and decided to start with meter-swap workflow and prospect call handling. Curious to hear from operators, consultants, and vendors: where is AI actually working in MHP operations, and where is it still mostly hype?
