Alternatives to Rent to Own

I’ve seen a lot of adds for RENT TO OWN locally still going on, it’s my guess they are just rolling the dice or don’t know about the SAFE ACT ect.

The only decent alternative I’ve seen is some form of rent credit. Is this still legal as far as we know or are there other ways to unload POH’s other than trying to fix and sell them, or selling a run down home to someone cheap but who is unlikely able to bring it up to a

I’m still in the process of learning if their are lenders for used trailers I can refer people to to get a loan.

There are lenders for used mobile homes.  21st mortgage has created a used home market with the homes they were forced to foreclose on during the recent recession and they are offering exceptionally good terms.  See http://mobilehomerepoman.com for their inventory
