Hi Experts,I have a situation where the park roads are having ingress egress easements and city came to me and ask if I am willing to dedicate the roads to the city including the park roads. I am willing to dedicate the roads whereas my concern is, if I dedicate the roads to the city then in the future if I have any issues with the sewer lines I may not be able to dig the lines because of the city roads, is it going to a problem? I need all your expertise in figuring out the right direction.Thanks,Ravi
