Hey Guys, Those of you that own parks in Texas and Eastern Pennsylvania (other states are coming) can earn a little extra money on your tennants electric bills. You get paid a little each month on every bill when the tennants pay the bill. You dont do anything other than refer the customer and sign them up. Just a little way to get a little more income from your park. There are several companies doing it. It is due to the deregulation in the energy sector in many many states.
