What would some of you do in this situation?
I bought one new 2009 14x68 3 bed 2 bath home. i will lease purchase and already have a short list of people. the unit does not come with a/c unit, just the furnace. it will cost well over $1000 to install a ground a/c unit. i was thinking of providing 2 window units and letting the buyer get more if they desire.
I bring this up because i have already had one ground unit get hit by a car. another park owner says he had 2 stolen and in my city, kids are snorting the refrigerant from the system. they may not look the best on a new home but will cost less and less future headaches.
