This park is on a lagoon which needs major upgrades estimated at around $250k. Ideally suited for someone with project management skills and the ability to manage a budget and work with engineers and contractors. An engineering report has been submitted and approved by Oklahoma DEQ. The report outlines the basic design approach to the lagoon upgrades. The next step is to submit plans and specs for the work to be performed. We are nearing retirement and have run out of energy and motivation to get this upgrade completed.
