I have 3 short vacant lots in the back of my park. There are lots of cheap used 5th wheels available.
Has anyone ever used 5th wheel campers to fill short vacant lots?
Have you had luck in renting to own 5th wheels?
Does a park owner have bigger liability with 5th wheels because they are not tied down like a mobile home is?
