I am the president of Southern Water Management (also d/b/a Mid-West Water Management), based in St. Petersburg, FL. Our company provides utility (water, gas, electric) sub metering services to multi-tenant property owners (including MHPs, apartment communities, condos, office complexes, hospitals, universities, and shopping centers) since 1995. Obviously being around for over 25 years, we are committed to long tern successful relationships.

Primarily we provide the means to bill tenants monthly for their individual utilities; charging a monthly billing fee, that is paid by the tenant. Secondary, we drastically reduce utility consumption (25 to 35% is typical) by giving consumers the information and automation needed to easily reduce their consumption and save money; And we provide additional revenue to the owner of the MHP.

We service MHPs throughout the US. Although our sub-metering partners are geographically diverse, we are committed to be a key element in the success of all MHP communities. Our commitment includes supplying our non-proprietary metering technology, software (via the cloud, using our state-of-the-art software), and radio frequency infrastructure (FCC licensed, when applicable) at no cost.
