I'm a full time real estate investor based in York, Pennsylvania. I started buying rentals when I was 22yrs old in 2002. I bought my first MHP in 2013. I currently own 3 parks in PA and looking for more. At this time I'm most interested in creating deal flow and learning how to syndicate my first real estate deal. My company consists of my myself, my girlfriend Brittani (offsite manager / she basically runs the show), 2 full time maintenance men, and a few onsite property managers. I enjoy listening to Frank and Dave everyday and learning as much as possible.
