I started my investing career in 1999, before that, I grew up working on my dad’s rentals. He planted the investor seed and today I am proud to say I have reached financial independence through hard work and real estate. I’ve dabbled in several facets of real estate, from Land Developing, Multi Family, Senior housing, Self Storage, and Manufactured Housing Communities. Not having a boss and not having my livelihood in some one else’s hands is AWESOME!
