I’m a real estate investor whose passion and goal is to provide affordable housing to people in the United States. I am originally from Ukraine (Ivano-Frankivsk city).

I bought my first property in 2007. It was a studio condominium overseas in Ukraine. I managed renovations and rental of the property remotely from the USA. I still own and rent that property. Since my first purchase, I bought 3 single family and sold 2 of them. I kept one of them for myself where I currently live. In May 2013, I started the manufactured home investing company with a partner. Since we started we flipped 40+ mobile homes in Northeast Pennsylvania.

Also, I own and operate 41-lot Mobile Home Community in PA.
