here is the mobile home that i bought… would you paint the exterior? if you would what color? gray or tan maybe with white trims?

That depends entirely on what it will do to the saleability of the place. Will painting it make it easier to sell or bring in more money? If not DO NOT waste your time and money? If this is your first deal. Clean it inside and out and fix what is BROKEN, not outdated or ugly just fix the broken things and put a sign in the window. Good luck

I would agree with Don. The exterior looks 100% better than most of the homes I’ve sold and no one has ever tried to get a lower price because the outside didn’t look good. Fix the inside, make it clean, safe and livable and sell it. Good luck.

thanks for your input… i just read somewhere that yellow is the best selling color for homes!!!
